Is Frontoprogation a Good Surgery for Reflux?

The frontoprogation, the surgery for reflux has really gone from... There's been like a pendulum swing. It was done a lot in the 90s and maybe 80s and so on. And then it became almost like a bad word. You will do a GJ tube first. Now I think the pendulum is swinging somewhere in the middle. But between maybe GJ feeds and maybe the fact that we're now able to thicken the feeds, let's say kids who get G tube that have cerebral palsy, we can avoid a lot of reflux.
