Roger Stone wasn't actually at the Capitol charging in on January 6th. He was at the Willard Hotel. Does that give some plausible deniability? I don't think so. There's one more thing that he gets important to point out about Roger Stone in January 6th, which is that after January 6th was over or ending, Roger Stone seemed to know that he was in trouble.
