Is Automating Tests Really Worth the Investment?

Having those tests be manual does give me that confidence like the same confidence that I would have if they were automated tests but it's still like it's very costly. It still costs a human 30 minutes to run those tests and then I I review those tests to make sure like I don't see anything that looks odd in the in the test output so I'm I'm still getting the same confidence.
