Sue Nil Fraser's Sentencing Was Quashed

The jury deliberated for 18 hours for the murder of bob chapel. They found sue nil fraser guilty beyond reasonable doubt. Sue appealed against her conviction straightway. And in august two thousand 11 her case was heard the court of criminal appeal. The appeal was quashed immediately, but the apallate judges agreed that, given her age and previously good character, her sentencing was excessive. Sue's sentence was reduced to 23 years, with a non parole period of 13 years - meaning she would be eligible for parole in 20 22.
