The Slow Stability of EnergyCo's Transmission Planning

The takeover of CWP by Andrew Forrest has slowed things down frankly. I think the big gentailers continue to hasten slowly if I can put it that way. The wind farm developers you know won't take any risk it seems to me much at the moment. It's a reasonable bet that EnergyCo has a slow steady thorough approach to getting it done and it will result in it getting done just as bad as it looks just now.
