i used to get to new york like once a quarter, and it's been many years at this point. Two, three, pre pandemici i'm excited to get back back. What's the vibe like? Things happening? Well, the vibe's not fully back. There's still some sort of nervous ness and security here. And so we want you back. We need the tourist tax dollars helping a sort of balance it.
