The Transparency of the Data

I was at the Tour in 2017 and there were talks about putting a no-seo type device on every bike. They wanted to do it for two reasons: One, they could get the data and use it for broadcast but also as a way to look for cheaters. So I personally, think the transparency of the data would be a better thing. For them to say, Jonas is a.164, fine. It's very easy for other teams to say, oh, we'll just need to get to.164 then. But a little bit harder to do.
