Are Degrees Really Required to Teach Spiritual Formation?
I think there's a huge need for more theological education, your church based theological education. It also takes some camaraderie between churches. I know a few amazing teachers here that you can easily tap into. There's less of those people who are actually going into pastoral ministry now than in the past. And so if we as churches don't develop the next leaders, nobody else is developing that mindset.
