Can They Be Fired?

Congress has said somebody can only be fired for cause and then the question is that constitutional. Even if you could fire somebody, there would still be the question about like, can you undo their decision? Somebody had the power to make final decisions up at half the United States, but they could be fired before you caught them. So all those different things are going on here. And that's part of why I find this a confusing case.
