The Role of a PM in Product Management
The PM role contains a bunch of stuff. It's like this, I don't know, another way people describe it, you're kind of like the glue that gets everything working. And so there's a lot to it. It does fold in a lot of stuff that other people don't really like to do. That's why everyone has a different definition. Also different companies expect different things from the role. But yeah, a lot of companies didn't hire them until they had 200 employees.
