The Economic Implications of a Time Stamped Image
I would move the FDA out of this task of approving tests, testing, and have it be done by the CDC for the purposes of killing and containing and killing the virus. And somehow, what about vaccine approval? Is the FDA going to be the last word on that? I think that's a medical issue. The distinction between disease control and Food and Drug Administration is kind of perfectly captured by the names of the agencies.
