Iwaska Can Cleanse Out Trama
iowaska is a type of psychodelic medicine. It allows you to re wire your brain away from trama, the idea that we are all suffering for some reason. In order to let it go, in order to release trama, you do have to feel it. Which is one of the reasons why iowaska ceremonies can be very painful. Learning to tolerate discomfort is part of the practice of iowaska. But it can also be difficult in the sense that it brings to the face all the stuff that you've repressed. And am not all at once, which is why it can be a lifelong practice.
