Are You Fixing on Your Children's Appearance?
If you find yourself fixating on appearance a lot and it is really hindering your daily life I recommend that you kind of explore that a little bit more whether that be through therapy or just kind of taking stock within yourself why the appearance is so important to you. There's no need to bring attention to their appearance and draw that fixation to how people look when there's so much more value to a person than that. Even extreme positivity even you're the most beautiful person in the world you're perfect like setting up standards that might be impossible to sustain over time as well. That's definitely a really, really good note. For sure.
