Canonical's Decision to Avoid Snaps

Mint's decision to avoid snaps is therefore a big plus for me. Mike said, there are two main reasons why i use mint over a bunto when setting up lennox for friends and family. The other reason is my sense that canonical are making design choices that favor paying enterprise customers over independent home users. I'd love to hear what you think about canonicals decision to operate snap craft in a closed way.
