As we speak, i just happen to be in one of my best ever weight lifting grooves of my life. So it's like i am stronger than i been before. Yes, it just feels fantastic. And then, of course, exercising in its own andorpiny, positive, bio chemical way does does what it does. But then i've got that immediate reward. It gets me coming back again and again and again. Because i want to keep breaking records and feeling awesome each time I do.
