Preparing the Foot and Ankle for the Stress of Running
The Mobo is a tool that can be used to improve coordination and also strength and stability in the foot and ankle. It's designed to have a certain amount of tilt to it, to sort of cue you into improving rotation control around the foot and Ankle. And so if you follow this vector called the center pressure, right, which is this line as it moves under foot, we want to make sure you're putting on the right force at the right time.
