You Can't Choose Just Once, but Keep Choosing

Our mind moves at the speed of light, but we're actually making a choice that involves the entirety of our being. We have to choose not only once, but keep choosing over and over and over again. Because the body moves like a tree that bends toward the light. And you start just coaching yourself towards that direction.
