The Supreme Court's Order on Miffa Pristone
Most of the reporting about the Supreme Court's order on Miffa Pristone has just projected what everyone hopes to read into this order instead of what's actually there. I feel like people are reading an awful lot between the lines here that I'm not sure is there. What I find most interesting about this ruling is why it is narrow It does change the Fifth Circuit's Day which kept the sort of original 2000 authorization but undid the changes since 2016 and I think it's a very interesting question of administrative law.
