In general, you probably wouldn't want weekly volume to drop by more than about 50%. So whatever your per session volume was in those two or three sessions per week, bump it up maybe a set or two from there. And if not, maybe bump it up a little bit more after that. Do you have anything to add? No, i think you're right. It's been interesting to see. You can make a lot of different training frequencies work, as long as you're managing the other factors effectively.
