Why Is It Not Working for Me?
I'm not on early. My digestion is not it is I'm much better later on in the day because of my human design digestion. Having a fixed routine doesn't actually help my brain function better. It actually constricts my brain because I'm inconsistent in human design. People who are consistent having structure helps them feel free to move within the structure so they don't have to think about the structure. So for me, the way I translate that is I get clear on the stuff that is absolutely the most important stuff for me to do. And then I tune into when I want to do it in the day, like when suits me, how's my energy, whatever.
