Graham Shee said that if you can't overcome a culture very easily, you have to infiltrate the main cultural institutions like religion, family, education, media and law. And then when you get inside, you create what he called a counter hegemony,. You create the path to the Marxist ideology from within in domain specific language. It's exactly the way that we're seeing critical theory get applied to every possible domain you can imagine. We've also seen that with a couple of public incidents where that kind of got into a big deal.
