The Importance of Aerobic Capacity in Enduro
I was an XC guy and I wasn't the best. So my way of getting faster at XC was to kind of just destroy everyone in the downhills. And I got really good at riding down like cross country style downhill. The more aerobically fit you are, the faster you can recover between these hard efforts down the hill. It reminds me of a conversation I'm trying I have with a high school kid that lives next to me. He's really into Enduro, but he does not want to do any endurance training.
