So what i would say is, in cases where some one can't do otherwise, it doesn't straightforwardly follow that they aren't morally responsible for what they do. Even if god foreknows what i'm going to do, and that precludes my freedom to do otherwise, in other words, i accept the argument for incompatibleism that started with. I think god's foreknowledge precludes human free will. But i think that doesn't matter, because what we care about is the kind of freedom or control that's necessary for moral responsibility.
