The Non-Coding Architecture

Orin Ini, also known as a Yanday Rahina's walking around yesterday wearing a t-shirt that proudly declared himself as a non-coding architect. I think of course everyone knows that there are a few people on the planet who can code like this gentleman. It also had a picture of a Pegasus. So underneath, I'm not sure if there's a message there. This creature does exist. Non-coding architects there, they exist like flying horses do.
