The Green Parking Study

We conducted a 200 service with metro station users and found very interestingly that 70% of them actually walked to the destinations for a distance up to work going to kilometers. So as far as first and last mile is concerned, you need code walkable footpath. And we found that close to about 80% of the users took less than five minutes to find a parking space - so very easy to find on street parking. We have found that a large share of the equivalent car spaces were for short-term use and only four of the 12 stretches were priced.
