Is There a Right or Wrong Answer to That?

I don't believe that somebody who is, let's say, managing three, four, five, six thousand units really can afford to get the best systems and people. You have to be able of a certain size to get the economies of scale to be able to have all the latest and greatest things and tools. I think it makes for a better underwriting. There's no right or wrong answer to it. And so the debate as you said is all the time...you could be jealous of your friend with four people in the office just doing deals.
