Valsalva would be like a Fontans physiology or systemic right ventricle, and also to severe hokom with high gradients that have obstructive same physiology. So those are certainly those women where we have that conversation about forceps. We want to make sure that we have faculty on at the time or at least on call that feel very comfortable doing forceps. With these patients, you want to be a little bit more gentle.
