I think whenever there's a cultural zeitgeist like we're having now, it's important to ask yourself why is there so much excitement about this thing? Right? I'm an optimist. When people are excited about stuff, like I'm usually pretty excitable. I also bring a skeptical lens to things, but I try to approach with optimism. We become complacent sometimes with our access to primary sources because we rely a lot on our own personal experiences. To really do groundbreaking work in care delivery, you need lived experience.
