Make three different categories of audience, leads and sales. And i want you to write down everything you're currently doing for each category. So think about the actual things, like the project working on, the processes that you might have in place in your business right now. Then pause and think about everything you could be doing. For example, if youre posting on social media three times a week, that would go under audience. Maybe recording your webnar or optimizing your webonar would go under sales. Same thing for leeit's the same thing for sales, those are all similar.
