Iran has better geographics. Like the geographic area of iron lends itself to being a power base,. And that goes back thousands of years, right? There's always been a very powerful, centralized state in Iran. Sad arabia is a complete manufactured entity just off the us. So the us knew that they could control the sad the sades, much more than they can control the iranians.
