The Halo Effect Is Like the Oscars

Most people are ignorant of the halo effect, which is probably why they stimate that they have to speak differently for different outcomes. The more you talk, the more your lighe it's not really that clean. It's basically that, generally speaking, if you're in the 30 % or forty per cnt group, you're kind of not liked or interesting. If you don't talk that much, you don't get this good feedback.
