The Importance of the Set in Information Architecture
The set is the thing that has an impact on how people perceive the place. So if you walk into a bank, there's no one single thing that tells your mind that you're in a bank. There's a whole constellation of other elements that need to be present for you to understand the place as a bank. And I would say that that's something to emphasize here, as we're talking both about information architecture and object oriented UX.
