How Do You Build a Long Term Relationship With Your Clients?
I think it's because we look at a client as building a long term relationship. We want to partner with our clients and build that relationship. I would actually suggest for anyone considering franchising, this is a publication that the International Franchise Association puts out called franchise opportunities guide. You can also get an idea about all of the various industries in which there are franchises. And so those are things that you can help them with even if they don't end up going to franchising route.
