Peter's Fishing for God's Next Season
It's not that Peter is going back fishing because he wants to go back to a life of sin. It's just that he doesn't know what God has next for him. Why? Because we have to eat tonight and there's no man falling from heaven that I'm aware of. But fish. What else is he going to do? Wait around for Jesus to walk through locked doors again. In fact, I think it's kind of cool that he went fishing because I think maybe there's something deeper happening here.
