How the AI Act Will Be Implemented

The AI Act first of all is important and it applies in addition to all other applicable law basically some have used the term legislative lasagna. Next in line is the AI liability directive which will further specify this whole question of who's kind of liable for what if things go wrong right? The data act data governance act I mean these are yet to be developed but they are kind of on the horizon and then comes the AI layer on top where we now have the AI Act coming in really soon.
