Masters of Community with David Spinks

CHAPTER

Adman

i'm curious on the adopten adman programm, what was that like for your moderators? Were they not feeling like, i mean, that like to bring on some one for two weeks to moderate their community? Did they have to on board that person and train them and teach them? Was that more work for them? Yes, i was definitely a big ask for them. And so it was entirely a volunteer based nobody had to do it. But there were many subredates that were happy to help and pitch in because they want staff to understand how their communities run.
