She was concerned about finding work in her career in the rural area that they wanted to live. They bounced around living with friends and family or house sitting but needed a more permanent solution. She then came across the concept of tiny houses and they thought they looked awesome. It took them two years to build their home at a cost of about sixty dollars per square foot. A 60 percent savings rate I'll leave you to do the math when they move back to the coromandal - she's now able to bike a long-ass commute to and from work.
