The Importance of Local Real Estate
Real estate is highly local, as everyone says location location location. You have to really know what you're looking at where you are. And it's not so hard for an investor if he looks at a deal, and they say we're buying this property here, and we're getting 1400 a month in rent for a two-bedroom apartment. They might be built last year but yours isn't. So you have to make sure you're comparing apples to apples and that it's nearby.
