The Dichotomy of Control in Investing

Sally Kohn: How can we use the dichotomy of control to better deal with kind of what may be coming in the future? She says investing has to be process-based, and that just because I'm buying it in the stock market does not mean I need to become this trading maniac. Kohn: Recessions are a natural part of life; they're good for the economy. And you should ask your question, would it be comfortable owning this company during the recession? If you are not, if you're not, maybe shouldn't be buying the stock period.
