The Archbishop of Kampala, Adiamin
Armin's reign is in its sixth year. His final two would be remembered for being erratic as Armin lost his grip on reality. The Archbishop became one of the many unarmed critics to die in the torture chambers of Kampala. Human rights organizations believe 10,000 people were killed in his first year as president. By the time he was deposed, that number rested between 100,000 and 500,000.
