The Effects of Stress on the Body
Stress is a real component, but boy, is it hard to quantify. What's the best way for us to mitigate the effects of stress? Is it turning off these devices? Is it meditation? Do you find that you just are less stressful if you've got clean sources of water and food? It seems like something seems like a good tool to have in your tool belt, but I just don't know what the best tool is to use to fight this.
