Roxanne Jones: What have you seen in terms of syndicators experiencing pain today with this rising rate environment? Jones: Ultimately, we're starting to hear about operators. I think we're going to start seeing groups look at new markets that have a little bit different offering than what they're used to and rebuild their track record there. She says the experienced larger syndicators are prepared for a rising rate environment by being vertically integrated.
