"I woke up from an app one time and everybody in my house was gone. And I got picked up by a stranger who just happened to be like a good person," he says. "My grandpa always said grit your teeth and fucking deal with the pain." He doesn't necessarily believe that everyone out there is toxic masculinity, but it does have a place in this reality.
