I don't know if any given ingredient in those hip new baby foods is dangerous. I do think there's this weird thing that's happened throughout the history of baby food where whatever anxieties we have about food or any hopes for our own diets, we then impose on them. In every era we're crystallizing whatever the food trends are and then imposing them on these children. And all of this research, what really stood out to you as being incredible, different, surprising, et cetera.
