The NASDAQ Composite: A Positive Sign of the Markets Returning
The NASDAQ composite has held above the 21 day EMA for a couple of days. The down or sideways days have been on lighter volume. What we want to see coming out of this bear market is the institutions consistently coming back into the markets. And again, it's slow and steady in the right direction that the dips are being bought and the strength comes on good volume.
