A lot of people would look on that on the outside and say, oh, well, that's not high quality, that's fatigue. But you're only looking at it from just a linear perspective. You're oly looking at the output. Go on the inside on that. And i'll do the workouts that are similar, like on single leg hopping,. Like i'll stand on one leg for 30 seconds and do a ico hold hip flexer with the other legs in the air. And then i'll hop for 30 meters on that leg.
