If you hate this type of training, like me, i'm a believer thot, you don't have to force yourself to do it to see great results. I personally like hit like one time per week in my wednesday cardio burst class. That's the only amount of hit that i do per week. And it tends to feel really good for me. Again, i talked about why you shouldn't do a bunch of hit in the podcast that i did last week, and how that can back track your results. So i think it can easily be overdone and stressed out, undernourished, some one that's cutting their col ries or sleep deprived,. especially women.
