The Importance of Having a Growth Mindset

There has been times in my career when I've just felt like, ah, something isn't quite right. And luckily we were able to find a new creative director and all that. But yeah, one of the reasons I left Uber a few years ago is because I felt like I was ready to level up and move into a senior role. It just wasn't happening for me. You know, not saying it's their fault, not say it's my fault, but it just wasn't happened.
