Are You Afit?

i bristle at the word culture, cause it conjures up for me foosball tables and bean bag chairs. But i've started to really like the definition that culture is cor values in action. If you're not careful, you just find somebody, people who are exactly like everyone who's already there. So that's where, if we go back to corp values, well, were when we hire someone, we don't just say, are they afit? Oh, i think they'd fit. We'd say, Are they humbly confident? Yes. Are they genuine? Have they shown effective communication? Are they demonstrating passionate pursuit of growth? How do we know? What
