The City Council Magic of Chef Doctor

Chef Dr. Kenneth Wilhoyt got 10 minutes of public comment at the Atlanta City Council meeting on Monday. He asked for money to build a soul food museum, which has so far gone nowhere. A flautist played an Amazing Grace cover during his speech and he danced along with it. The city council is expected to vote on whether or not to give him any more time in their next meeting.
